Why did we choose Copan to house our headquarters?

We are a firm that celebrates diversity and sees all the positive elements Brazil has to offer. We apply simple and functional methods to improve the management and strategy of companies while nurturing long-term relationships. We chose Copan to house our headquarters because we believe the building embodies such fundamental attributes.

Niemeyer’s vision was way ahead of his time. As a master of Modernism – a movement which values simplicity, functionality, and connects architecture with the city and the people – he created an icon: no walls, a large gallery of shops on the ground floor, a cinema, a large mezzanine for companies, and a massive residential compound with apartments ranging from 33m² to 150m².

His idea was to have different profiles of people and families – and social classes – living and moving around harmoniously. The building also offers access, security, and is economically viable with its shops and workplaces; features that are desirable at any new development.

Being influencers of companies and leaders, we believe that it is our duty to spread the values of our zeitgeist. And to do that, we must follow Niemeyer’s steps and – though it might seem we are going upstream – pursue a balance between risk and conviction.

At Copan, we also contribute to the revitalization of São Paulo’s center, an area that has received most of the intellectual and financial investments throughout the ages, that counts with several subway stations, large avenues, bike paths, parks, malls, and restaurants.

We are a small and rather imperceptible transformative agent, but we are doing our part and whatever is in our reach to make this a better country.
