There I learned the technical fundamentals to work focused on excellency, and the values and importance of counting on a team that shares a common purpose. It is certain that the mission to transform Brasil through management is in the DNA of everyone who has had the chance to work with such a high-level team.

Heartman has a key role in my maturing and growth, both in my professional and personal lives. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to enter a new market, with no earlier experience, for everything I have learned here and all the people I have met. When I first joined the company, I was asked which area I saw myself working at, to which I answered: “Strategic planning.” I was given the chance not only to take part of great projects, but to become a reference in the area.
