Victor Eduardo Báez
Victor attended part of high school in Wisconsin, USA, and graduated with a degree in agronomy and enology from the National University of Cuyo in Argentina. He attended business courses at INSEAD, in France, and took many courses that study the human behavior.
He is the co-author of two books, Produmetria and Auto Avaliação em ISO 9000. He was the commencement speaker of the engineering class of '92 at FEI, in São Paulo. He is currently a volunteer mentor with Endeavor, a nonprofit dedicated to developing entrepreneurs, and a board member of several companies.
Victor was, for seventeen years, a manager and industrial director in domestic and multinational corporations.
Moreover, he was a partner with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) for ten years, where he led numerous consulting projects for various companies in Brazil, Latin America, Spain and Portugal.
He was also a partner with Galeazzi & Associados, a company that specializes in corporate recovery and interim management.
Mr. Victor Eduardo Báez is an award-winning photographer and an active sportsman, who practices polo, scuba diving, and mountain hiking. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
